You and me, me and you
There’s so much that we’ve been through,
through it all I’ve come to understand Gods love.
And if tomorrow never comes
know this twice, just know this once.
Knowing you has made me able to go on.

You and me, me and you
There couldn’t be a better two,
to be blessed and know the meaning of true love.
And if you leave me I feel scared,
fall apart so unprepared.
But I dare to make it through all on my own.
Yes I dare to make it through on my own.

"Other Side Of The World"

Over the sea and far away
She's waiting like an iceberg
Waiting to change
But she's cold inside
She wants to be like the water

All the muscles tighten in her face
Buries her soul in one embrace
They're one and the same
Just like water

The fires fade away
Most of everyday
Is full of tired excuses
But it's too hard to say
I wish it were simple
But we give up easily
You're close enough to see that
You're the other side of the world to me

On comes the panic light
Holding on with fingers and feelings alike
But the time has come
To move along

The fires fade away

Can you help me
Can you let me go
And can you still love me
When you can't see me anymore

The fires fade away

Jung Woo Sung

My new crush... *sigh* I've been watching Korean movies lately, and ended up watching two of his films (A Moment to Remember, Daisy). Now, I think he is a Korean god of sorts... *blush* Hehehe. I swear he's so cute... :-)

I guess at this point, I better stop saying I don't find singkit men attractive... Hahahahaha.

Why?

When I checked my phone this morning, I saw that a bunch of people texted me Valentine's Day greetings. Sorry folks, but you're texting a non-believer here. I don't mean to sound like a party pooper, but I don't really see the reason for the fuss over Valentine's day (to me, it's just a product of consumerism).

What are we supposed to celebrate? Love? Well, if it's supposed to be love, shouldn't we be celebrating love everyday? Shouldn't our lives be a celebration of love? Idealistic, I know... But really, why are we celebrating Valentine's day?

Smoke Gets In Your Eyes

They asked me how I knew
My true love was true
Oh, I of course replied
Something here inside cannot be denied

They said someday you'll find
All who love are blind
Oh, when your heart's on fire
You must realize
Smoke gets in your eyes

So I chaffed them and I gaily laughed
To think they could doubt my love
Yet today my love has flown away
I am without my love

Now laughing friends deride
Tears I can not hide
Oh, so I smile and say
When a lovely flame dies
Smoke gets in your eyes
Smoke gets in your eyes

Beautiful, beautiful song. :-)

Cannonball

The video I posted earlier is now unavailable. Thankfully, I found a different, and even better music video of the same song.

I think this is the acoustic version. :-) Hay, I love this song...
